- Mike write text for contract to complete IBISCHK message help.
  - In progress.

IBISCHK 6.1.3:
- Mike: It is now released
  - We have one bug to classify
- Bob: We need a new bug for a missing newline in a message.
- Mike: A simpler testcase is needed.
- Bob: We also have a superfluous "./" in a message file name.
  - Also we do not have the message spreadsheet.
  - The Linux 32 bit executable is dated earlier than all others.
- Mike: Linux 32 is timestamped Oct 26, the others Nov 6.

AR: Bob ask Atul for ibischk 6.1.3 message spreadsheet.
